Engagement & Fee Structure
The initial engagement establishes the scope of the assignment and allows Obsidian Group to assess the property or project, identify priorities, coordinate the necessary resources, and establish an appropriate execution plan.
Customized Professional Fee
Additional professional or administrative fees may apply based on the scope, complexity, duration, number of parties involved, urgency, and level of management required.
Standard administrative or project-related services may be subject to a $595 administrative/project fee. More complex assignments may require fess of $1,000-$1,500 or more, depending on the scope and resources required.
All applicable fees will be clearly outlined and agreed upon before additional services begin.
Ongoing & Complex Engagements
Longer-term, multi-phase, estate, renovation, property, or highly specialized projects may be structured through an ongoing management arrangement based on the nature and demands of the assignment.
Third-Party Expenses
Approved third-party expenses, including contractors, vendors, professional services, materials, travel, shipping, and other direct project costs, are separate from Obsidian Group’s professional fees and will be communicated transparently.

There are no standardized project packages or one-size-fits-all solutions. Your engagement is structured around what needs to be accomplished, the complexity of the assignment, and the level of oversight required.
