The initial retainer secures your engagement with Obsidian Group and allow us to assess your priorities, establish the scope of work, and begin coordinating the resources required to execute your objectives.
Customized Professional Fees
Additional fees may apply based on the scope, complexity, duration, urgency, and level of involvement required. Following an initial consultation, you will receive a clear, customized proposal outlining the scope of work and applicable fees before additional services begin.
Ongoing & Complex Engagements
Longer-term, multi-phase, or highly specialized engagements are structured individually based on the nature and demands of the assignment.
Third-Party Expenses
Approved third-party expenses, including vendors, professional services, materials, travel, shipping, and other direct costs, are separate from Obsidian Group’s professional fees and will be communicated transparently.
